What’s in a logo?
The wing in our new logo puts the Golden Eagle front and center. Golden Eagles soar high above the crowd just as your top performers do.
The three feathers in the wing converging into one represents our ability to help you zero in on the best candidates based on validated insights.
Our new logo and brand identity introduce a refreshed color palette.
We once again sought to draw on clean and modern tones found in nature (and in our beloved Golden Eagle!).
We’re excited to extend this new visual brand identity to the full suite of SMG products and services including TalentNest and PLUS.
